The annual assessments for the period of July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, will be $421.00, due by July 1, 2026. Statements will begin to be sent out starting May 10, 2026. Your dues are a vital part of our community, enabling us to our park, pool, trees, green spaces, and recreational areas. Over the years, the HOA has refrained increasing assessment fees, but rising costs for materials, repairs, and maintenance have made it necessary to adjust them.
