The annual assessments for July 1, 2025-June 30, 2026 will be $397.50.  They will be due by July 1, 2025. Statements will start being sent by May 27, 2025.  Your dues are a legal part of being in this community.  The only way we can try and keep up with the aging of our park, pool, trees, green space and recreational area is to assess the fees as we try and maintain these valuable spaces.  For many years the HOA did not raise the assessment fees.  It has become necessary to do so as the cost of materials, repairs, & maintenance have increased drastically over the years.  We also used to have more volunteers than we do now.
