The annual assessments for July 1, 2025-June 30, 2025 will be $375.00.  They will be due by July 1, 2024. Statements will start being sent by May 15, 2024.  Your dues are a legal part of being in this community.  The only way we can try and keep up with the aging of our park, pool, trees, green space and recreational area is to assess the fees as we try and maintain these valuable spaces.  For many years the HOA did not raise the assessment fees.  It has become necessary to do so as the cost of materials, repairs, & maintenance have increased drastically over the years.  We also used to have more volunteers than we do now.
 Our new policy on late fees will be enforced this year.  If you do not pay your assessment fees by October 30, your account will be sent to small claims for collection.  You will be charged attorney fees and a lien attached to your property.  If you are having difficulties with your dues please contact Rhonda Carpenter at 478-213-5222 for assistance.  Your dues are extremely important to our continued growth and improvement of our sub-division.
